Returns & FAQ
All products are made to order. Because of that, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or sizing-related returns.
If your item has a print error, visible quality issue, or arrives damaged, email contact@support.urbanloon.com with your order number and clear photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for quality issues.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
You can cancel or edit your order using the link in your confirmation email any time before it goes into production. Once it enters production, changes are not guaranteed.
Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable after checkout.
Locked messages are non-refundable after checkout. If you can’t access a locked message after payment, contact contact@support.urbanloon.com.
If a refund is approved:
PayPal refunds appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.
Credit/debit card refunds appear in your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs charges. These vary by country and can’t be calculated in advance. If charged, you are responsible for paying them.
Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who manage order-related inquiries and returns under their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
